I ate here on March 8th, 2023. I was waiting to catch my train to chiusi. I got the eggplant appetizer and the the carbonara and a beer. Eggplant was a hit. I took a picture. Carbonara is super saucy and good, but maybe I would try something else for fun. I also took a picture of the carbonara. Upon further eating, the carbonara is super eggie, I would get cacio e Pepe and ask to add guanciale
