Intimate slow-food restaurant with a cavernous wine cellar, for modern & traditional Roman cuisine. Allie and I went here on a food tour. The restaurant took the food tour group into the basement wine cellar where they had a table set up and did food and wine tasting. I think one could call the restaurant and probably set up the same experience for a private group. It would be fun to do, and maybe you could do it without it being your main dinner. Just a way to squeeze one more eating/tasting experience into one day. Based on the tasting, dinner here would also be great.
